Cynthia Green is an author, historian and intercultural thinker whose work explores identity, belonging, resilience and the influences that shape human experience.

Drawing on research, international experience and perspectives from around the world, Cynthia uses the neutral concept Plural Cultures to explore the visible and invisible messages that inform our lives, recognising that labels such as TCKs (third culture kids) and multiculturalism can be helpful but rarely capture the full complexity of human experience.

Her published work includes more than 100 articles, the novel Blue Feet Monsoon, contributions to the 4th edition of Third Culture Kids: Growing Up Among Cultural Worlds, and chapters for the forthcoming Encyclopedia of International Human Resource Management and Global Talent Management.
